I believe that the use of technology in education is extraordinarily valuable. I can say this from experience because, throughout my college courses, the simple inclusion of a power point system in my professors' lesson plans held my attention so well. I learned so much more with visual aids such as this, and these tools also highlighted important points of the lessons which kept me note taking.
Therefore, Technology is furthering education in the schools.
... and if a PowerPoint presented by a professor held your attention, imagine what the opportunity to use the technology to create videos, to share stories of historical figures, to explore science could mean for our students.
